ISRO LPSC invites online applications from qualified candidates for recruitment to Technical Assistant, Technician ‘B’, Sub Officer, Heavy Vehicle Driver, and Light Vehicle Driver posts at its units in Valiamala (Thiruvananthapuram) and Bengaluru. 📌 Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualifications:
- Technical Assistant (Mechanical/Electronics): Diploma in relevant engineering discipline with First Class.
- Sub Officer: Sub Officer’s Certificate + experience as per notification.
- Technician ‘B’: SSLC/SSC + ITI/NTC/NAC in relevant trade.
- Drivers: SSLC/SSC with relevant driving licence and experience.
Age Limit (as on 26.08.2025):
- Minimum: 18 years
- Maximum: 35 years (relaxations applicable to SC/ST/OBC/other categories as per rules)
Selection Process:
- For most posts: Written Test + Skill Test (qualifying in nature).
- For Sub Officer: Written Test + Physical Efficiency Test + Detailed Medical Examination.
- Drivers: Written Test (Motor Vehicle Act, English, Arithmetic, GK) + Skill Test.
Exam Pattern & Syllabus:
- Technical Posts: 90-minute written test with 80 MCQs (negative marking 0.33).
- Drivers: 120-minute test with 100 MCQs (negative marking 0.25).
- Sub Officer: Detailed syllabus covering fire safety, rescue, equipment, first aid, and related Acts/Rules.
